But something just wasn't clicking.

While I loved those aesthetic bujo spreads, they never captured the whole picture — the energy dips, the mood swings, and the way my diet, habits, and PMS symptoms seemed to influence one another.

I started to wonder, wasn't there a way to connect the dots and effortlessly understand what's going on?

That's why I created The Wellness Diary.
